The pneumatic tri-eccentric butterfly valve is a type of butterfly valve that uses compressed air as the power source and achieves high-efficiency sealing through the design of a tri-eccentric structure. Its "tri-eccentricity" refers to the eccentric design of the valve disc and the valve seat in three dimensions (radial eccentricity, axial eccentricity, and angular eccentricity), which significantly improves the sealing performance and pressure resistance. It is suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and high corrosion.

Core Features

The triple eccentric design of the triple eccentric pneumatic butterfly valve eliminates the defects of the traditional butterfly valve "line seal" and realizes "face seal", which is especially suitable for high pressure and vacuum environments.

The metal hard seal structure can withstand high temperatures, avoiding the aging and failure of soft sealing materials due to high temperatures.

The eccentric design reduces the contact area and friction between the valve disc and the valve seat. The pneumatic actuator requires less torque, lower energy consumption, and faster response speed.

The sealing surface has little wear, is suitable for frequent opening and closing, and has low maintenance costs.

Compared with ball valves and gate valves, it is smaller in size, lighter in weight, and saves installation space.
