The Smart Explosion-proof Valve positioner is a digital field control instrument used to precisely adjust the opening of pneumatic control valves in hazardous explosive environments.
It receives the 4–20mA DC analog control signal from the DCS system and converts the electrical signal into a corresponding pneumatic output pressure to drive the actuator, so that the actual valve opening is consistent with the control set value.
This positioner features one-touch automatic calibration, valve position feedback, surge lightning protection and anti-seismic structure design.
Designed with Ex db IIC T6 flameproof enclosure and IP67 ingress protection rating, the product can stably operate within a wide range of ambient temperature from -40℃ to +80℃.
It effectively eliminates positioning deviation induced by medium pressure change and stem friction, greatly improving the control linearity and positioning repeatability of the regulating valve system. Fail-safe functions including fail open, fail close and fail lock are optional to guarantee process safety when air supply or power is interrupted.
