Pneumatic Rotary Actuators

XM series Pneumatic Rotary Actuator converts compressed air into precise 90° rotary torque to automate ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves. Adopting precision twin-piston rack-and-pinion transmission structure, it delivers steady, repeatable rotary output for on/off and modulating fluid control.

Available in double-acting (air open & air close) and single-acting (spring return fail-safe) configurations, covering torque range from 10Nm to 4000Nm. All units comply with ISO 5211 valve mounting standard and NAMUR solenoid interface, fully compatible with limit switches, positioners, solenoid valves and manual overrides. Built with hard-anodized extruded aluminum body, it withstands harsh industrial environments with long service life, low maintenance and high cycle efficiency.

① The transmission structure is more precise. It adopts customized high-strength gear and rack meshing design, combined with low-friction and long-life composite materials, avoiding direct contact between metal and metal, significantly reducing the wear rate. The cycle life can reach over 1 million times, far exceeding the average level of the industry. At the same time, the meshing gap is optimized, the torque output is uniform and stable, the startup response speed is significantly improved compared to the industry, effectively avoiding execution lag and resulting in chaotic flow control.

② The material and process have more advantages. In collaboration with research institutions, special alloys and surface treatment technologies were developed. The cylinder body is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel through one-piece molding. The sealing components use high-quality rubber sealing rings and high/low temperature sealing rings, which can adapt to complex working conditions such as corrosiveness and high temperatures. It can operate stably within the temperature range of -60°C to +150°C. While ordinary industry products mostly use conventional materials, they are prone to leakage and jamming problems in extreme working conditions, and their service life is only 1/2 - 2/3 of XINMING products.

③ It fully complies with international standards such as ISO5211,DIN3337,VDI/VDE-3845,NUMUR,etc., and has good universality and interchangeability.
