Core design requirements

Material safety guarantee

Valve body and valve plate: Adopt 316L stainless steel material. This kind of steel has low carbon characteristics and excellent corrosion resistance. Its surface is treated by electrolytic polishing, and the surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm, effectively preventing microbial attachment and growth and ensuring hygiene and safety during use.

Seals: Select food-grade EPDM, silica gel or PTFE materials. These sealing materials are not only non-toxic but also can be used stably in the temperature range of -20℃ to 150℃. At the same time, they fully comply with relevant FDA/EC1935 standards, providing reliable sealing guarantee for medium transportation.

Structural optimization considerations

Dead-angle-free structure: Achieve a smooth transition between the valve plate and the valve body without grooves or gaps. This design fundamentally eliminates the possibility of medium residue and provides strong support for a high-cleanliness production environment.

Detachable design: The valve seat and valve body adopt a quick-release connection method, which greatly facilitates CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (steam sterilization) operations. Connection method selection

Clamp quick-install connection: Supports clamp quick-install methods such as Tri-Clamp and DIN11851. Through hygienic clamps, a sealed connection with the pipeline can be quickly achieved without using bolts, effectively avoiding the pollution problems that may be caused by bolt connections. The operation is simple and hygienic.

Welded connection: For the connection method of directly using argon arc welding between the pipeline and the valve body, a zero-leakage sealing effect can be achieved. It is especially suitable for aseptic systems with extremely high sealing requirements, ensuring the safety and stability of medium transportation.
