In the pneumatic system or hydraulic system, the 110V Solenoid valve is a very critical component, the main function is to control the flow direction and size of the air pressure or hydraulic pressure, so as to realize the control of the system. Then, before using the solenoid valve, the installation work needs to be done first.
1.1, choose the correct solenoid valve
Before purchasing a solenoid valve, it is necessary to know the working pressure, medium and other information of the system where it is located in order to choose a suitable solenoid valve. At the same time, it is also necessary to determine the model, caliber and quantity of the solenoid valve.
1.2. Selection of installation location
When installing the solenoid valve, it is necessary to choose a safe and reliable location. In general, the solenoid valve should be installed in a location that is easy to maintain, with sufficient space for repair and replacement.
1.3. Select the appropriate mounting parts
When installing the solenoid valve, it is necessary to select the appropriate mounting parts, such as brackets, nuts, gaskets, etc., according to the size and model of the solenoid valve. At the same time, it is also necessary to pay attention to the material and strength of the mounting parts.
1.4. Selection of connecting board
When connecting the solenoid valve, you should choose a suitable connecting plate to ensure that the connection is firm and the looseness is small. At the same time, attention should also be paid to the material of the connecting plate and the compatibility with the solenoid valve. Generally speaking, the H-type connecting plate is suitable for installing flat solenoid valves, and the T-type connecting plate is suitable for installing plug-in solenoid valves.
1.5. Connect the solenoid valve
When connecting the solenoid valve, you need to pay attention to the following points
(1) The interface must be fastened to avoid loosening or air leakage.
(2) Nuts, washers, etc. are used for connection, and must be tightened according to the specified tightening torque.
(3) Before installing the solenoid valve, the inside of the pipeline must be cleaned, and there must be no rust, oil and other sundries, otherwise it will affect the service life of the solenoid valve.
1.6. Determine the wiring method
When wiring, it is necessary to choose the correct wiring method according to the model and specification of the solenoid valve. In general, there are two wiring methods for solenoid valves, namely plug type and terminal type. The plug-type solenoid valve is convenient and quick to connect and transport, but the pressure resistance is not as good as that of the terminal-type solenoid valve.
