Daily maintenance and repair of pneumatic ball valve:
1. Remove the valve stem key, loosen the screw, remove the packing pan, and remove the packing.
2. Loosen the screws and remove the pneumatic actuator together with the drive flange.
3. Close the globe valve upstream and downstream of the ball valve. Bleed to relieve pressure in the piping before and after the ball valve.
4. Connect the pneumatic line and operate the driver to check the flexibility of valve opening and closing.
5. Install the pipeline and conduct the air tightness test according to the requirements of the pipeline.
6. Remove the O-ring from the packing ring.
7. Check the removed parts, repair or replace and clean each part if damaged.
8. Clean and lubricate the stuffing box sealing surfaces and O-ring mounting grooves.
9. Install the packing, fix it with screws, and install the key.
10. Mount the pneumatic actuator flange and screwdriver together and tighten with screws.
