They can be packaged and shipped only after there is no problem in debugging. Today I will introduce you to the installation and debugging of pneumatic butterfly valves:

First put the valve in the closed state with external force, first put the valve in the closed state with external force, that is, rotate the valve shaft clockwise until the valve plate and the valve seat are sealed and touched, and at the same time put the cylinder in the closed state (that is, the upper part of the cylinder shaft is small). The groove is straight with the cylinder body, and the valve is turned clockwise to close the valve), and then the cylinder is installed on the valve (the direction of the device is parallel to the valve body or straight can be), and then see if the screw holes are aligned. For large errors, if there is a small error, just turn the cylinder block a little, and then tighten the screws.

Pneumatic butterfly valve debugging first check whether the valve fittings are complete, solenoid valve and silencer, etc., if there are incomplete, do not debug, the normal supply pressure is 0.6MPA±0.05MPA, make sure that there is no debris stuck in the valve plate before operation , Use manual operation of solenoid valve manual button during the first commissioning operation (when the solenoid valve coil is de-energized during manual operation, manual operation is only useful; when electronic control operation, turn the manual switch to the 0-position circle and power-off, manual operation is only useful; 0-position is Close the valve, the first position is to open the valve, that is, the valve will be opened when the power is turned on. If the valve needs to be turned off when the power is turned off, the valve is turned off when the power is turned off. If during the commissioning operation, it is found that the valve is very slow at the beginning of the valve opening position, but it only needs to be actuated, and the action will be fast afterwards. Soon afterwards, in this case, the valve is closed too tightly. You only need to adjust the stroke of the cylinder a little bit. If the silencer is adjustable silencer, the opening and closing speed of the valve can be adjusted. The silencer should be adjusted to the proper opening of the valve opening and closing speed. If the adjustment is too small, the valve may not operate.
