Stainless steel pneumatic actuator single-acting (spring return) SA series: When using a single-acting actuator, first determine the torque of the valve, for steam or non-lubricating media, increase the safety value by 25%; for non-lubricating dry gas media, increase the safety value by 60 %; the safety value of granular powder medium conveyed by non-lubricating gas is increased by 100%; for clean and frictionless lubricating media, the safety value is increased by 20%, and then consult the single-acting pneumatic actuator torque table. First check the spring return end point, and then check the air source working pressure end point. The pressure torque of the air source should be greater than the spring return torque to obtain an accurate model of the SA series pneumatic actuator.
In the single-acting SA series output torque table, the spring return "0°" torque is the torque to close the valve, and the spring return "90°" torque is the torque to open the valve. The torque corresponding to the air supply pressure "0°" is the torque to close the valve, and the torque of the air supply pressure "90°" is the torque to open the valve.
