Introduction to the performance characteristics of single-acting pneumatic actuators

The single-acting pneumatic actuator is a pneumatic actuator with a double-piston rack and pinion structure. The piston type has a long stroke and is suitable for occasions that require a large thrust. It can not only directly drive the valve stem, but also can be used in conjunction with worm gears.

Optional intelligent valve positioner, solenoid valve, echo limit switch, hand wheel mechanism, air filter pressure reducing valve, etc. It has the advantages of simple structure, large output thrust, stable and reliable action, safety and explosion-proof, etc. It is widely used in the production process with high safety requirements such as chemical industry and oil refining. Application range: ball valve, butterfly valve, etc.

Performance characteristics of single-acting pneumatic actuator:

1. Indicator: The indicator conforms to the VID/VIE3845 NAM UR standard, which is convenient for installing limit switches, positioners and other accessories.

2. Output shaft: The design of nickel-plated alloy steel one-piece forged output shaft complies with NAMUR, ISO5211. DIN3337 standards. Special standards can be customized according to customer requirements.

3. Cylinder body: Extruded from high-quality aluminum alloy, the surface is treated with hard anodic oxidation and Teflon coating.

4. End cover: aluminum alloy die-casting, surface anodized hardening treatment, metal polyester coating.

5. Piston: hard oxidation treatment of cast aluminum

6. Adjusting bolts: Two independent stroke adjusting bolts can be conveniently and accurately adjusted within ±5. Adjust the opening and closing angle of the valve within.

7. Spring: Made of high-quality spring steel, pre-pressed and assembled. It is convenient to disassemble or change the number of springs to meet different torque output ranges.

8. Piston ring: low-friction, long-life composite material, easy to maintain and replace.

9. Sealing: use butyl rubber at normal temperature, and use special sealing according to customer requirements under high temperature and low temperature conditions.
