Solenoid valve: The double-action cylinder is generally equipped with a two-position five-way solenoid valve or a three-position five-way solenoid valve. Single-acting cylinder can be equipped with two-position three-way solenoid valve. The voltage can be DC24V, AC220V, etc. Consider explosion protection requirements. Trip: The function is to convert the rotation of the actuator into a contact signal, output to the control instrument, and feed back the on-off status of the ball valve on site. Commonly used are mechanical induction and magnetic induction. Explosion protection requirements should also be considered. Handwheel mechanism: It is installed between the ball valve and the cylinder, and can be changed to a manual switch when the air source fails to ensure the safety of the system and not delay production. Air source treatment element: There are two parts and three parts, with filtering, decompression and oil mist functions. It is recommended to avoid the blockage of the cylinder caused by impurities in the cylinder during installation. Valve positioner: It is necessary to install proportional adjustment pneumatic ball valve, which is mostly used for pneumatic V-shaped ball valve. Input 4-20 MA, consider whether there is a feedback output signal. Whether explosion-proof is required. There are ordinary ones, and there are smart ones. Quick exhaust valve: Speed up the opening and closing speed of pneumatic ball valve. It is installed between the cylinder and the solenoid valve, so that the gas in the cylinder can be quickly discharged without going through the solenoid valve. Pneumatic amplifier: Installed in the air path leading to the cylinder, it receives the pressure signal from the outlet of the positioner, and provides a large flow to the actuator, thereby increasing the speed of the valve. By 1:1 (signal to output ratio). Mainly used for long-distance (0-300 meters) transmission of pneumatic signals to reduce the influence of transmission lag. Pneumatic retaining valve: It is mainly linked to the air source pressure. When the air source pressure is lower than the air source pressure, the valve air supply pipeline is cut off to keep the valve in the position before the air source failure. When the pressure of the air source is restored, the air supply to the cylinder is restored at the same time.
