According to the number of gas channels, it can be divided into 2-position 2-way, 2-position 3-way, 2-position 4-way, 2-position 5-way.
Solenoid valves are divided into single electric control and double electric control, referring to the number of electromagnetic coils, single coil is called single electric control, double coil is called double electric control, 2-position 2-way, 2-position 3-way general When it is single electric control (single coil), 2-position 4-way, 2-position 5-way can be single electric control (single coil), or double electric control (double coil).
• 2-way 2-way:
When the coil is energized, the piston moves to the right, the AP is on, and the fluid flows. When the power is off, the AP is blocked, and the fluid cannot flow through it.
• 2-way 3-way:
When the coil is electrified, the piston moves, the BP is connected, the AP is blocked, and the fluid flows through the BP. When the power is off, the AP is on, the BP is off, and the fluid flows through the AP.
• 2-way 4-way:
In a pneumatic or hydraulic system, a piston is used to generate sufficient displacement. In order to control the direction of movement of the piston, start and stop, multi-way solenoid valves are commonly used, and the most typical is a four-way solenoid valve.
When the coil has no current, the spring pushes the iron core out of the coil to the left. As shown in the figure, the colored arrow indicates that the high-pressure oil flows from the hole P, and enters the right cavity of the cylinder through the hole B, pushing the piston to move to the left. The oil is sent to O to discharge through A. After the coil is energized, the slide valve moves, and the high-pressure oil is sent from P to A, and the pressure acts on the left side of the piston to make the piston move to the right, and the oil in the right chamber is discharged through B and O.
• 3-position 3-way:
When the left coil is energized, A and P are connected and A and O are closed. When the right coil is energized, A and O are connected, and A and P are closed. When both are powered off, A, P and A and O are all closed.
• Three-position four-way:
When the left coil is energized, A and P are connected, B and O are connected. When the right coil is energized, A and O are connected, and B and P are connected. When both are powered off, A, P, B and O are all closed.
