Stability of Pneumatic Valve Commissioning

In recent years, pneumatic valves have become an important part of adjusting the pressure and balance of the water flow system, so now both the flow regulation system of the air conditioning system and the water flow balance system of the water supply pipe are consulting and ordering after-sales pneumatic valves. After ordering, pay attention to debugging its stability during installation, which can be judged from the following aspects:

1. Compare the deviation between the measured flow value and the design value before and after debugging.

It is an important tool for regulating the flow and heat balance of each branch of the fluid pipe. By comparing the deviation of the measured water flow before and after debugging with the expected design value, the smaller the calculated flow deviation, the higher the stability after debugging, and the better the balance of the controlled water flow.


2. Analysis of the unbalanced trend line of the water system.

Pneumatic valves can be used in the adjustment process of air-conditioning water systems. By drawing the corresponding trend lines of the water system based on the data collected before and after adjustment, the stability level after debugging can be preliminarily judged. It can be analyzed from the unbalanced trend line that the flatter the trend line is, the better the adjustment is.


3. The electric regulating valve adjusts the frequency.

The stability of the pneumatic valve can also be roughly judged by the adjustment frequency of the electric control valve, mainly for buildings with high height and large span, when the stability performance cannot be judged by the adjustment of the individual control valve, the whole The adjustment frequency of the regulating valve in the working area is judged.
