1. Be sure to check the valve switch indicator and valve number plate to ensure that the identification is clear. If the sign is damaged or falls off, it should be subsidized in time.

2. Check the bolts of each bracket and connection of the flanged ball valve to see if each part is well connected. If there is any looseness, it should be re-tightened.

3. Check the condition of the key parts of the flanged ball valve, including the packing gland, the filling hole, the filling hole nut, the screw plug, the expansion joint, the connection between the valve cover and the valve body, etc., and see if there is any abnormality in these parts. Make sure all components are working properly.

4. In addition to the above daily inspections, a major overhaul should be done every year. Check all aspects of the equipment in detail, so that faults can be eliminated in time to avoid large losses caused by faults.
