Determine the load requirements:
Valve type (rotary/linear), maximum torque/thrust.
Action frequency (e.g., number of actions per minute).
Environmental adaptation:
Temperature range (extreme high/low temperatures require special sealing materials).
Protection class (IP65/IP67 for wet, dusty environments).
Control requirements:
Switching type (solenoid valve only) vs. regulating type (positioner required).
Signal type (pneumatic signal, 4-20 mA, bus communication).
Security redundancy:
