Structure composition
Cylinder assembly
It is composed of cylinder block, piston and seal, which is the power source of pneumatic actuator. The compressed air enters the cylinder and pushes the piston to move in a straight line.
Fork shifting mechanism
Core components: consists of a pair of symmetrical fork (fork connecting rod) and a crank.
Function: Convert the linear motion of the piston to the rotational motion of the output shaft. One end of the fork is connected with the piston, and the other end is connected with the output shaft crank to form a lever structure.
Output shaft
Directly connected to the valve stem, it is responsible for transmitting rotating torque and driving the valve to open or close.
Guide mechanism
Ensure the piston movement trajectory is stable, reduce the side force on the seal wear.
Spring return device (optional)
Fail-safe design that automatically resets the valve to open or closed in case of air loss or pressure loss.
