There are two types of X Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuators,includingSymmetrical and Canted,which correspond to two different outputtorque characteristics.The anted Scotch Yoke Actuator,with highstarting torque and low operating torque,is suitable for the control ofbutterfly valve.The Symmetrical Scotch Yoke Actuator,with morebalanced torque curve,is mainly suitable for the control of ball valve andplug valve.
