Installation specification
The positioner and actuator should be rigidly connected to avoid vibration interference.
Filter pressure reducing valve (F.R.L unit) is installed in the air supply pipeline to ensure clean air supply.
Calibration procedure
Zero/range calibration: Input 4mA and 20mA signals to adjust mechanical zero and range screws.
Automatic calibration of intelligent positioner: The self-tuning program is started by HART manual operator.
Common fault handling
Valve oscillation: Adjust damping parameters or check the feedback mechanism loose.
Slow response: Clean the gas filter or check for diaphragm leaks.
