1. The pneumatic actuator can be directly connected to the valve, or connected to the joint through the bracket. Connecting fasteners must not be loose.
2. To ensure the coaxiality between the output shaft of the actuator and the valve stem, the rotation is flexible and there is no crawling phenomenon.
3. Connecting pipes, joints and accessories should be clean.
4. The exhaust port of the solenoid valve is always downward. When upward or horizontal, the elbow should be connected so that the exhaust port is downward.
5. Before commissioning, it should be confirmed that the air duct is unobstructed, and the air pressure, voltage, and signal meet the requirements.
6. The compressed air should be filtered, dried, and dehumidified below the dew point -15°C.
7. During commissioning, the solenoid valve should be opened to the automatic position.
8. When operating pneumatically, the manual device should be disconnected, and when operating manually, the pneumatic device should be disconnected.
9 Various accessories installed on the actuator should be debugged according to the operation manual.
10 Under normal working conditions, check once a month and overhaul once a year.
