Introduction to the Selection of Pneumatic Ball Valves

Pneumatic ball valve is a kind of pneumatic actuator widely used in modern automatic control system. The control signal drives the ball valve to switch through the pneumatic actuator, so as to complete the switching control or adjustment control of the medium in the pipeline.

Connection method: flange connection, snap connection, internal thread connection, external thread connection, quick assembly connection and welding connection (butt welding connection, socket welding connection)

Seat sealing: Metal hard sealing ball valve, that is, the seat sealing surface and the ball sealing surface are both metal-to-metal ball valves. Suitable for high temperature, solid particle and wear-resistant working conditions. Soft-sealed ball valve, the valve seat is made of PTFE, para-polystyrene elastic sealing material, with good sealing effect and zero leakage.

Valve material: WCB cast steel, low temperature steel, stainless steel 304, 304, 316, 316, dual phase steel, titanium alloy, etc. Working temperature: normal temperature ball valve, -40 ~ 120. Medium temperature ball valve, 120 ~ 450. High temperature ball valve, 450. Cryogenic ball valve -100 ~-40. Ultra-low temperature ball valve 100.

Working pressure: low pressure ball valve, nominal pressure PN1.6MPa. Medium pressure ball valve, nominal pressure 2.0-6.4MPa. High pressure ball valve 10MPa. Vacuum ball valve, ball valve below one atmosphere.

Structure: floating ball valve, fixed ball valve, V-shaped ball valve, eccentric half ball valve and rotating ball valve.

Channel type: straight ball valve, three-way ball valve (L-shaped channel, T-shaped channel), four-way ball valve.
