2. The function of adding a gas storage tank is not to increase the pressure of the inlet gas source, but to ensure a constant pressure source. This method is based on the fact that the inlet pipe is relatively small, and the gas source supply cannot keep up, resulting in a decrease in pressure. . This method is generally used to reserve important valves as emergency gas sources.

3. If the pneumatic actuator is required to switch faster: you can change the air source pipe to a thicker pipe so that the air intake volume of the air source will increase, and the switch will be faster; if your valve is really large, there are If necessary, consider adding a gas storage tank, otherwise, it is completely unnecessary!

4. One is to thicken the signal pipeline, and the other is to add an accelerator, which can improve the switching speed of the pneumatic actuator.

5. There is a regulating valve on the pneumatic actuator. You can see if it has been opened to the maximum. If it is, it can also be considered to increase the signal air source pressure or pipe diameter within a certain range. In addition, increase the air source pressure and the size of the air source pipe, increase the corresponding cylinder hole, and then speed up the exhaust valve, which will increase the opening speed of the pneumatic actuator.

In fact, when the valve is equipped with a pneumatic actuator, the on-off time requirements of the valve should be considered, and attention should be paid to the open and closed torque of the valve and the torque of opening and closing under pressure.
