1. Applicability
The fluid in the pipeline must be consistent with the calibrated medium in the selected solenoid valve series model. The fluid temperature must be below the calibration temperature of the selected solenoid valve. The allowable liquid viscosity of the solenoid valve is generally below 20cst, and attention should be paid when it is greater than 20cst.
When the working pressure difference and the maximum pressure difference of the pipeline are less than 0.04MPa, choose the ZS, 2W, ZQDF, ZCM series of Ningbo Alpique Company and other direct-acting and step-by-step direct-acting types; when the minimum working pressure difference is greater than 0.04MPa , you can choose a pilot-operated (differential pressure) solenoid valve; the maximum working pressure difference should be less than the maximum calibration pressure of the solenoid valve; generally speaking, the solenoid valve is one-way operation, so pay attention to whether there is a reverse pressure difference and whether it is installed check valve.
When the cleanliness of the fluid is not high, the filter should be installed in front of the explosion-proof solenoid valve. The cleanliness of the medium required by the solenoid valve is generally better. Pay attention to the flow diameter and nozzle diameter; the solenoid valve is generally controlled by a two-position switch; if conditions permit, please install a bypass pipe for maintenance; when there is a water hammer phenomenon, the opening and closing time adjustment of the solenoid valve should be customized. Pay attention to the influence of ambient temperature on the solenoid valve. Select the power supply current and power consumption according to the output capacity. The power supply voltage is generally allowed to be about ± 10%. Pay attention to the high VA value when starting the AC.
2. Reliability
Explosion-proof solenoid valves are divided into two types: normally closed and normally open; select normally closed and switch power supply; but in the case of a long opening and closing time, select the normally open type for a short time.
In terms of life test, manufacturers generally use type test items. It must be confirmed that there is no professional standard for solenoid valves in my country, so choose the manufacturer of solenoid valves carefully. When the action time is very short, the direct action type is generally selected, and the fast series is selected for large diameters.
3. Security
Generally, the solenoid valve is not waterproof, please choose the waterproof type when the conditions do not permit, the manufacturer can customize it. The maximum nominal pressure of the solenoid valve must exceed the maximum pressure in the pipeline, otherwise the service life will be shortened or other accidents will occur. All stainless steel type is used for corrosive liquid, and plastic king (ZCF) solenoid valve is used for strong corrosive liquid. Explosion-proof solenoid valves must be used in explosive environments.
4. Economy
There are generally many kinds of explosion-proof solenoid valves, but the most economical product should be selected on the basis of satisfying the above three points.
