1. The bolts welded on the valve disc should not be too long. Otherwise, the bolts will be too long and will resist the flow passage in the valve body, causing the sealing surface to be "overheaded" and unable to play a sealing role; pay attention to checking and adjusting the opening of the screw rod when assembling. Ensure that the sealing surface can be tightly joined.
2. Choose a suitable adjustment pad. The thickness of the pad should be slightly lower than or equal to the step height of the valve disc sealing surface, so that the soft gasket and the valve disc sealing surface are in close contact and are in the same plane.
3. In order to prevent the compression nut from falling off, proper anti-loosening treatment should be done after the nut is tightened.
4. The use conditions of the fluid medium should be considered, and a soft gasket suitable for the requirements of the medium should be selected to avoid the influence of medium corrosion or high temperature deformation.
5. When the sealing surface of the valve seat is seriously damaged, the valve seat can be scrapped, and the valve core can still be used with the valve seat of the same specification after being improved.
6. Make a mark when adjusting the valve to avoid violent opening and closing, so as not to affect the service life of the gasket.
