Pneumatic butterfly valves are generally used in industrial equipment pipelines as control switches. It is equipped with a pneumatic actuator on the ball valve, and its execution speed is relatively fast. It is usually called a pneumatic quick-cut ball valve. How to adjust the cylinder limit of the pneumatic ball valve is generally divided into three steps.
Step 1: Install the pneumatic ball valve
First, we install the pneumatic butterfly valve, ventilate, and make the air pressure between 0.4-0.7Mpa, press and hold the manual operation button on the pneumatic butterfly valve to see if the valve's fully open and fully closed positions are normal;
Step 2: Connect the power cord of the pneumatic butterfly valve
Connect the corresponding power cord according to the voltage mark on the solenoid valve. Energize-the valve is opened to see if the valve is in place. If it is not in place, adjust the opening limit screw on the left side of the cylinder. Power off-The valve is closed. To see if the valve is closed in place, adjust the closing limit screw on the right side of the cylinder.
Step 3: Power on and use
Open the "switch box indication cover" and power on the wiring according to the internal circuit diagram of the switch box, press and hold the manual operation button on the solenoid valve to see if the signal output indication is normal, if the action is abnormal and the output indicator light does not light up, you should adjust the corresponding signal file Piece. The lower cam controls the open position and the upper cam controls the closed position. The lower cam is pressed down for rotation adjustment to make the lower micro switch act, and the upper cam is lifted up for rotation adjustment to make the upper micro switch act.
