Reasons why the three-stage pneumatic actuator cannot work:
1. Whether the solenoid valve is normal, whether the coil is burnt, whether the solenoid valve core is stuck by stolen goods, replace the solenoid valve, replace the coil, and count the stolen goods.
2. Check whether the single air supply of the actuator is normal, such as air leakage from the cylinder piston, air leakage from the cylinder block and end cover or shaft, etc., disassemble the actuator to check whether the seal is damaged, and whether the surface of the inner hole of the cylinder is damaged. Replace damaged seals, cylinders or pistons.
3. The valve housing will block the ball core and replace the damaged valve parts with impurities.
4. Manually operate the actuator handle in the manual position, and turn the handle to the pneumatic automatic position.
5. Correct and replace the deformed and flattened pipes.
6. The medium or ambient temperature is too low, causing the pipeline to freeze.
Pneumatic valve, slow crawling:
1. The air supply pressure is not enough to increase the air supply pressure. The air tank is set to reduce pressure changes.
2. Increase the air storage tank and air compressor to reduce the pressure change when the flow is insufficient or other high air consumption equipment is working.
3. The torque of the pneumatic actuator is too small to increase the specification of the at pneumatic actuator.
4. The valve load is too large, and the valve core or other valve parts are too tight to be assembled. Repair and re-match, adjust valve torque 5. For proper lubrication, cylinder friction can vary greatly.
Other faults:
1. The valve starts to jump, the load is too large, and the specification of the at pneumatic actuator cannot be increased.
2. The valve will run out at the end of the action, the action is too fast and the inertia is too large.
