①The pressure is wrong
Is pressure standard? For 0 pressure and steam, you must choose a completely direct-acting solenoid valve
②Wrong voltage (wrong voltage, insufficient power)
Before installation, check whether the pressure, temperature, and voltage are consistent with the solenoid valve nameplate and actual parameters. The length of the direct current (DC) power cord should not be too long to avoid coil power loss and voltage drop affecting normal operation (DC24V should not exceed 30m).
③ Card stuff
If there are impurities in the medium, the valve port will be stuck out, causing it to be unable to close or open. Disassemble the solenoid valve and clean it, and then install it.
