Actuators are frequently used, and high temperature, high pressure and harsh social environmental problems can easily lead to failures, and we need to repair them. The air source of different actuators is electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc. Pneumatic actuators can be roughly divided into double-acting and single-acting. Double-acting pneumatic actuators are air-opening and air-closing, and single-acting actuators. It can be spring-returned. The maintenance of pneumatic actuators is very important. Today, I will mainly introduce the faults and maintenance management methods in the pneumatic actuator system.
The malfunction of the pneumatic actuator includes jamming, leakage, burning of the control coil, etc. Here we can briefly analyze the problems encountered in the maintenance and management methods based on these three basic conditions.
The pneumatic actuator is stuck, disassemble the actuator, check the stuck, analyze and reassemble.
Leakage and leakage of the pneumatic actuator, check the valve stem for leakage and check whether the sealing sleeve is damaged. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time. If it is worn, it will directly affect the function of the component and it needs to be replaced. Leakage may be due to the damage of the seal. Check the piston or see if there is any adhesion of impurities. The piston ring and lubrication part can be replaced. There is also a problem of coil aging, which can be determined after power-on and checked with a multimeter.
