❶Pneumatic butterfly valve can be installed vertically and horizontally within the range of 180°. Do not install the pneumatic actuator upside down.
❷The crank arm of the pneumatic actuator has a square-head structure and is used as a manual device. When a failure occurs, the air source pipe is removed and the manual wrench can be used to achieve manual operation.
❸ If the stuffing box leaks during use, it can be solved by tightening the gland bolts.
❹When installing the pneumatic butterfly valve, pay attention to the flow direction mark on the valve body to avoid the wrong flow direction and affect the use.
❺Refer to the manual for the debugging of the positioner or solenoid valve.
❻Before using the pneumatic butterfly valve, make sure that the valve is fully opened to break through and wash the pipeline to prevent welding slag and other debris from scratching the sealing surface.
❼Pneumatic butterfly valves are generally equipped with bypass pipelines. When repairing or replacing pneumatic butterfly valves, the bypass pipeline can be used as usual.
