Performance Introduction Of Double Acting Pneumatic Rotary Actuator

1. Under no-load conditions, input the air pressure specified in Table 2 into the cylinder, and its action should be smooth without jamming and crawling.

2. Under the air pressure of 0.6MPa, the output torque or thrust of the pneumatic device in the direction of opening and closing should not be less than the value marked on the label of the pneumatic device, the action should be flexible, and abnormal phenomena such as deformation are not allowed in each part.

3. When the sealing test is carried out under a high working pressure, the air leakage volume of each back pressure side is not allowed to exceed (3+0.15d) cm3/min (standard state); the air leakage volume of the end cover and the output shaft is not allowed to exceed (3+0.15d) cm3/min.

4. The strength test is carried out at 1.5 times the maximum working pressure. After maintaining the test pressure for 3 minutes, the cylinder end cover and static seal are not allowed to have leakage and structural deformation.

5. Operation life times. The pneumatic device simulates the action of a pneumatic valve. In the case of maintaining the output torque or thrust capacity in both directions, the number of opening and closing operations shall not be less than 50,000 times (one opening and closing cycle).

6. For pneumatic devices with a buffer mechanism, when the piston moves to the end of the stroke, no impact is allowed.

7. The end cover, end flange and box body of the cast cylinder should be free of scratches, cuts, air holes, burrs, etc.

8. The paint layer or chemical treatment layer on the outer surface of the pneumatic device should be flat, smooth, uniform in color, free of oil stains, indentations and other mechanical damage.
