WUXI XINMING AUTO-CONTROL VALVES INDUSTRY CO., LTD. recently completed a batch of pneumatic butterfly valves for shipment to South Korea. The order was arranged according to the customer's drawing and application requirements, mainly for use in an industrial pipeline control system.
Before packing, each valve was assembled with pneumatic actuators and went through routine checks in the workshop, including opening/closing test, air tightness check, and basic actuator movement verification. The focus was to make sure the valves operate smoothly after installation on site without additional adjustment.
The valves are intended for process flow control in water and industrial utility systems, where stable on/off performance is required under frequent cycling conditions. Standard export packing was used with reinforced protection for valve body and actuator parts to reduce handling risk during long-distance transport.
The shipment was loaded and dispatched on schedule and is now en route to Korea. Further coordination with the customer will continue after arrival for installation feedback.
