1. There are two types of XM scotch yoke pneumatic actuators: symmetrical and tilted, corresponding to two different output torque characteristics. The tilted scotch yoke actuator has high starting torque and low operating torque, suitable for the control of butterfly valves. The symmetrical scotch yoke actuator has a more balanced torque curve and is mainly suitable for the control of ball valves and plug valves.
2. The O-rings encapsulated with dual materials (rubber and PFA) can be applied to various temperatures and working conditions.
The double O-ring and bearing design ensure the stability and reliability of the modular cylinder.
3. The output torque of the XM spring return type can reach more than 140,000Nm, and the output torque of the double-acting type can reach more than 250,000Nm.

4. Both the center body module and the cylinder module are made of ductile iron or carbon steel to ensure sufficient strength. The overall structure is compact, and the design is beautiful and coordinated. The yoke rod and piston ensure the best torque output.

The principle is that：

compressed air enters the chamber to push the piston to do linear motion, and by transmission structures of the yoke pin and yoke groove, the piston's linear motion will be converted into the yoke's rotary motion, and drive the output shaft to rotate, thus achieving the control of the valve.
