Actuator performance: The response speed and positioning accuracy of the pneumatic actuator have an important influence on the flow regulation accuracy. If the actuator has a slow response speed, when the flow needs to be adjusted quickly, the valve cannot reach the specified opening in a timely and accurate manner, resulting in a lag in flow regulation and affecting the accuracy. In addition, the positioning accuracy of the actuator is not high, which will cause a deviation between the actual valve opening and the set opening, thereby affecting the accuracy of flow regulation.
Control system: Advanced control systems can accurately control the action of pneumatic actuators according to the actual flow feedback signal, thereby improving the flow regulation accuracy. If the control algorithm of the control system is unreasonable or the feedback signal is inaccurate, it will lead to inaccurate adjustment of the valve opening and reduce the flow regulation accuracy.
Medium characteristics: The viscosity, density, temperature and other characteristics of the medium will also affect the flow regulation accuracy. For example, high-viscosity media have greater resistance when flowing in the pipeline, and the effect of valve opening changes on flow is different from that of low-viscosity media, which may lead to a decrease in flow regulation accuracy.
