The pneumatic ball valve includes the main valve body, the auxiliary valve body and the pneumatic actuator. The main valve body and the auxiliary valve body of the product are fixedly connected. There is an annular sealing ring between the main valve body and the auxiliary valve body of the product, and it also includes a spherical valve core. The spherical valve core of the product is connected to the pneumatic actuator through the valve stem. One side of the spherical valve core of the product is provided with a plane parallel to the axis of the valve stem, and the other side opposite to the plane of the product is provided with a V-shaped adjusting groove. The bottom of the V-shaped regulating groove coincides with the diameter of the spherical valve core of the product and is perpendicular to the axis of the valve stem. The spherical valve core of the product is provided with a valve seat between the main valve body and the auxiliary valve body of the product, and the product is pn eumatically executed. The device is fixed on the main valve body through a bracket, and a seal is arranged between the cylindrical surface of the valve stem of the product and the main valve body, and the seal of the product is pressed by a gland. The device has simple manufacturing process, low cost and good sealing performance. A V-shaped regulating groove is arranged on the spherical valve core, and the flow can be controlled by adjusting the rotation angle of the spherical valve core during the working process.
Pneumatic ball valves are divided into O-shaped ball valves and V-shaped ball valves. The O-type ball valve adopts a floating structure, the core is a precision casting, the surface is plated with hard chromium, and the valve seat is made of reinforced PTFE material. The pneumatic ball valve must be equipped with a valve positioner for proportional adjustment. The electric ball valve must be equipped with an electronic electric actuator or a servo amplifier to achieve proportional adjustment.
